Warranty Statement:

Fischer Custom Tile ("we" or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality tile installation services. We stand behind our work and offer this warranty to provide our customers with peace of mind regarding the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.

Coverage:

This warranty covers tile installation services performed by Fischer Custom Tile. It includes both materials and workmanship for the specified period outlined below.

Duration:

Our warranty covers tile installation for a period of 1 year from the completion date of the project.

Limitations and Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage or issues arising from:

• Acts of nature, such as earthquakes, floods, or storms.

• Improper maintenance, neglect, misuse, or abuse of the tiled area.

• Changes or modifications made to the tiled area after installation.

• Subsequent work performed by parties other than Fischer Custom Tile.

• Normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities:

To maintain the validity of this warranty, customers are responsible for:

• Regularly cleaning and maintaining the tiled area according to the care guidelines provided by Fischer Custom Tile.

• Promptly reporting any issues or concerns to Fischer Custom Tile to allow for timely inspection and resolution.

Process for Filing a Claim:

If you believe there is an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Fischer Custom Tile at FischerCustomTile@gmail.com or call (208) 930-9487 within the warranty period.

2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and any relevant documentation, including photographs if possible.

3. Allow Fischer Custom Tile to inspect the tiled area to assess the issue.

Remedies:

If a valid claim is made under this warranty, Fischer Custom Tile will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair or replace the affected tile installation.

• Cover associated labor and material costs for the repair or replacement.

Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who contracted Fischer Custom Tile for the installation services.

Disclaimer:

This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Fischer Custom Tile. It supersedes any other verbal or implied warranties.
